This policy explains what Clear to Launch, a TechSavvy Solutions product, collects and why.
What we collect
- Purchase details. PayPal processes your payment. We receive your name, email, and payment status, but never your card or bank details. We keep a record of your purchase so you can sign in on new devices.
- Study progress. Your answers, saved questions, and exam scores are stored in your own browser on your device. They are not sent to us.
- Savvy chats. Messages you send to Savvy are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate answers. We don’t sell them or use them for advertising.
- Basic analytics. If enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages people visit.
How we use it
To deliver your access, help you sign in on new devices, answer support requests, and improve the product. We don’t sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can clear your study progress any time with Reset progress in the app. To ask us to delete your purchase records where the law allows, email charell@yahhmean.com.
